Large Public Pharmaceutical Hires PCS for Service Level Management Needs

| Professional Consulting Services, Inc. (PCS) is hired by a major pharmaceutical company based in the northern suburbs of Chicago to design and develop a custom service level management system. Service level management (SLM) was introduced in the customer organization several years ago and the current implementation is based upon ITIL and Six Sigma. The enterprise-wide system will be used for monitoring and measuring service levels to the corporation’s users. The chosen development platform is MS .NET and Crystal Enterprise 11. This is one of several development projects that PCS has performed for the large pharmaceutical company. |
